Basketball Leadership and Recruiting Experience
- Director of the nationally-ranked Hoop Mountain Central Basketball camps, a division of Hoop Mountain Inc., where more than 3,250 student-athletes have participated in his outstanding programs dedicated to assisting student-athletes realize their dreams of playing basketball at the college and/or professional level. Hoop Mountain Central Basketball has featured guests such as Digger Phelps, ESPN College Basketball Analyst, Hall of Famers,Nancy Lieberman and Lynette Woodard, World-Renowned Shooting Coach to NBA & WNBA superstars, Dave Hopla, and Nolan Richardson, the winningest coach in Arkansas history..

Roger is a former All-State and All-City basketball player who graduated from Wichita North High School. He received a scholarship to play basketball for the nationally ranked Hutchinson Blue Dragons, where he was a 2 year starter. After graduating from Hutchinson Community College, he earned a scholarship to attend Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas before transferring to Washburn University where he finished his college basketball career.
Roger loves spending time with his wife, Monique and their 5 children. In his spare time, Roger likes to play table tennis, engage in weight training, and collect sports memorabilia.
